Description

This short treatise of uncertain authorship and date of composition entitled De mundo (On the Cosmos) has been transmitted within the Aristotelian corpus. It includes an Aristotelian conception of God and the cosmos and was probably written by an author belonging to the Peripatetic school not earlier than the third century BC. Immanuel Bekker included the treatise in his collection of Aristoteles works (vol. 3, published in 1837).
